Drill Aims

A fitness and fast passing drill. Good pre-match warm up drill.

Coaching Instructions

The player running has to try and to get back to his starting position before the ball does! You can increase the number of players or the distance between the players to make it harder for the runner. Can be reversed to practice passing in the other direction.
